Our speaker for February was Mr. Telmuun Byambaragchaa, a 2015-2017 Fulbright Fellow. He earned his Master of Public Administration degree concentrating on economic and financial policy at Cornell University, NY. During his studies, he served as Vice President for Cornell Public Affairs Society and a representative to the Graduate Professional Students Assembly of Cornell University. Now he has continued working for the Ministry of Finance. He has been mainly working on the tax and fiscal reforms, international taxation and the financial issues around large mining entities. While he was studying at Cornell, he completed the Chartered Financial Analyst level 1 exam. Now he has earned MPA and MA in International law with 2 other bachelor degrees in finance and economics.
